Are you ready to be part of something exciting and fun? We’re calling all enthusiastic volunteers for the Ludington Gus Macker Weekend 2024, happening on June 15th and 16th! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals, groups, organizations, families, and anyone eager to contribute to a vibrant community event. Whether you’re part of a school, church, club, or any other organization looking for a unique fundraising opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
Our volunteer needs span a variety of areas including Registration, Basket Assembly, No Parking Cone & Sign Placement, Banners & Barriers, Court Taping, managing the Officials Trailer, overseeing Lakeshore Drive Parking, Center Court Scorekeeping, manning the Trophy Tent, and more. Plus, we need hands for Banner and Barrier Tear Down, picking up No Parking Cones and Signs, Basket Tear Down, and Bracket Tent duties.
Your commitment can range from the entire weekend to a minimum of just 3 hours – every bit of help contributes significantly to the success of this much-anticipated event.
